Club Vacancy - Head Coach, Women’s First Team
Te Atatū AFC are seeking an experienced and driven Head Coach to lead our Women’s First team in the NRF Championship league.
About the Role
As the head coach, you will lead the team in the NRF Women’s Championship and work towards the goal of securing promotion. You will play a key role in the growth of women's football within the club, while working closely with the Director of Football to strengthen youth pathways and collaborating with the Women's Development team coach to create a clear pathway for player development into the First Team.
This is a paid coaching role with an established support team to assist you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach the Women’s First team with a focus on gaining promotion to the NRFL
Work closely with the Women’s Development Team coach to ensure integration and smooth player transition between the two teams.
Champion the growth and development of women’s football across the club
Work with the Director of Football to enhance youth player.
